Divinity helps organize communication among authorized facility leaders, caregivers, prescribers, behavioral health providers, case managers, managed care partners, and other members of the resident's support system. Our role is to help the facility implement recommendations and communicate meaningful behavioral information.
Divinity helps facilities document active intervention rather than passive presence. Records should demonstrate behavior, psychiatric symptoms or risk; preventive and responsive interventions; staff time and intensity; resident response; outcomes; and the likely consequences of reducing necessary support.
Role Boundary
Divinity supports implementation, documentation quality, quality improvement, and readiness. Divinity does not determine compliance, Medicaid eligibility, authorization, tier level, reimbursement, or regulatory outcomes.
