Caregiver retention is closely connected to caregiver preparation. Staff are more capable and confident when they understand the resident, recognize risk early, know what intervention is expected, and receive consistent leadership support.

Training and coaching may include

Milieu awareness and environmental risk reduction

Training must become practice

A single training session cannot correct an operational system by itself. Divinity combines education with coaching, leadership follow-through, practical tools, resident review, and quality monitoring so new knowledge is applied in daily care.
