About Divinity

The program behind safer, more sustainable community care

Divinity partners with adult family homes and assisted living communities to translate behavioral recommendations into daily practice, strengthen staff confidence, improve documentation, protect program integrity, and support stable community placements.

Our purpose

Residents with complex behavioral and psychiatric needs deserve safe, respectful care in the least restrictive setting appropriate to their needs. Facilities deserve the systems, knowledge, and oversight required to provide that care without leaving caregivers unsupported.

Our approach

Divinity works at the point where plans become practice. We examine how leadership, caregivers, workflows, documentation, resident needs, and external recommendations function together. We then help the facility build a program that is understandable, usable, reviewable, and sustainable.

What makes Divinity different

Divinity recognizes that documentation problems are often symptoms of a larger operational problem. If staff do not understand the resident, the intervention, or the purpose of the program, the documentation will reflect that gap. We strengthen the underlying capability so the record can accurately demonstrate the care provided.

Experience-informed leadership

Divinity's model is informed by more than two decades of community behavioral health and serious-mental-illness experience, with a focus on preventing institutionalization, strengthening residential care, supporting caregivers, and preserving community placements.

Mission Statement

Help community residential providers build the behavioral capability, accountability, and infrastructure required to care for changing populations safely and successfully.
