Website Terms
Information, Role Boundaries, and Website Use
These terms clarify what this website and its general inquiry form are designed to do.
General information
This website provides general information about Divinity's behavioral program management, operational oversight, staff development, implementation support, documentation systems, quality review, and audit-readiness services. Website content is not medical, psychiatric, emergency, legal, regulatory, payer, or eligibility advice or a determination regarding any individual or facility.
Divinity's role
Divinity supports facility implementation, documentation quality, quality improvement, staff capability, and readiness. Divinity does not replace a resident's licensed healthcare providers and does not supply a behavioral healthcare team. Divinity is not HCA, DSHS, an MCO, a regulator, or a compliance decision-maker.
No guaranteed outcomes
Nothing on this website guarantees a clean audit, payment, reimbursement, authorization, tier approval, regulatory outcome, crisis prevention, staff retention, hospitalization reduction, or placement outcome. Final determinations remain with the applicable treating provider, payer, regulator, or agency.
Public contact form
The public form is for general business inquiries. Do not submit resident names, dates of birth, diagnoses, records, or other protected health information. Submitting an inquiry does not establish a clinical relationship, guarantee services, or create an emergency-response obligation.
No emergency or crisis response
This website is not monitored for emergencies, and Divinity does not provide emergency or crisis-response services through it. If someone is in immediate danger, contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.
Service information
Descriptions on this website are general and may not reflect the availability or appropriate scope of a service for every facility. Specific responsibilities, information handling, and service terms should be addressed in the applicable written agreement before work begins.
